How do I rent a pair?1. Pick Your Style – Browse our collection on Instagram & choose your fave product. 2. DM Us – Send us a message on Instagram, and we'll share pricing details (including a refundable deposit). 3. Delivered to You – We’ll send your Kala Chashma straight to your doorstep. 4. Steal the Show – Capture epic moments, turn heads, and enjoy hands-free tech. 5. Easy Returns – Send them back, and your deposit is fully refunded.

Where do you deliver?Right now, we’re bringing the style from Cuffe Parade to Juhu in Mumbai. If you're in this zone, we've got you covered!

What’s the deposit for?Your deposit is fully refundable once you return the glasses in perfect condition. It’s just a little safety net for our stylish shades!

How long can I keep the glasses?You can rent them for a day, a weekend, or longer—just let us know how long you need them when you book!

What happens if I damage or lose them?If the glasses are returned damaged or lost, the deposit may be partially or fully deducted depending on the extent of the issue. This will be at the sole discretion of the Kala Chashma team. Treat them like your own, and you’ll be good to go!

How do returns work?Just pack them back in the original case & box and schedule a pickup with us. Easy and breezy!

Is my privacy protected while using the glasses?Absolutely! These glasses have an LED indicator that lights up whenever you're recording, so everyone around you knows when the camera is on. We respect privacy, and we encourage responsible use—always be mindful of where and when you record!

What happens to the photos and videos I take after I return the glasses?All the content you capture is stored on your connected device via the Meta View app. You can save everything to your gallery and then delete it from the app. Once you return the glasses, we have no access to your files—your memories stay with you!
